Shipping policy

1. Processing & Fabrication Time
All of our signs are made-to-order by professional sign fabricators.

• Standard Processing: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your sign to be crafted and inspected before it is shipped.

• High Demand Periods: During peak seasons or around historic events, processing times may extend to 7 business days. We will notify you via email if your order is delayed.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer reliable ground shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.

• Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 5 business days once the item leaves our facility.

• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your sign's journey to your door.

3. Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, Signs For Patriots ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time due to the size and weight of our aluminum products.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages
Signs For Patriots is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we understand that accidents happen. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at jcmurray@mssign.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take clear photos of the damage so we can file a claim and "Make It Right" for you.

6. Missing Packages
If your tracking info shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after a successful delivery confirmation.
